The 103 Parent visa is an Australian visa for the parents of Australian citizens, permanent residents, or eligible New Zealand citizens. It allows the parents of these citizens or permanent residents to live in Australia permanently. The 103 Parent visa is a subclass of the Contributory Parent visa category.
If you apply in Australia, any family members you bring with you must be present at the time of application but not in the immigration clearance process. Any family members who also apply for the visa with you must be outside Australia at the time of your application if you do so from outside Australia.
